Tourism Minister Catherine Afeku says her dress to the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) was simply sexy, made in Ghana and approved by her husband.
In a reaction to the public bashing over her evening wear she wore to the occassion received, the minister asked people to “chill”, adding that the dress was made in Ghana by an Abelemkpe designer and not a foreign dress as is being speculated.

The Minister who was responsible for welcoming guests from all over Africa to the AFRIMA event has become the subject of social media commentary by Ghanaians on her clothing.
The black dress which had a see-through, organza detailing, reveals parts of her lower thighs and her legs as well as arms.

Some Ghanaians are equally unhappy with the minister’s outfit Hon Afeku wants them to “cut her some slag” as she describes the dress as sexy.
