Ghanaian attacker, Kevin Prince-Boateng is set to start for on Sunday when Sassuolo welcomes AC Milan at the Mapei Stadium.
The former Las Palmas forward was rested in Sassuolo UD’s 2-0 win over SPAL on Thursday as a precaution to ensure he is in tip-top condition for the crucial league encounter with the Rossoneri.
The 31-year-old is however expected to make a return to the starting line-up against a club where he made his mark, between 2010 and 2013- he won the Scudetto with Milan in 2011.
Boateng has been sensational since joining the Neroverdi this summer, he has scored 3 goals in 5 league appearances and was also on target in the 5-1 demolition of Ternara in the third round of the Italian Cup.
